Sales & Service Administrator

Our client is an Australian owned and operated company specialising in the sale of diesel generators and mobile lighting towers Australia wide. There is an opportunity for a part-time Sales & Service Administrator to join the team.


Part time: 25-30 hours per week

Rate: $35 per hour plus Super.

Temp to perm opportunity.


About the role:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your basic duties will be supporting operational functions of the business including reporting, accounts, customer service and reception duties.


Key Responsibilities and Experience:

  • General office administration and manage reception duties including answering and directing calls.

  • Process purchase orders & invoices into ERP System.

  • Data entry into ERP System.

  • Assist with job costing to support the sales staff & Service Staff.

  • Proactively identify areas where improvements in efficiency can be made.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook at an intermediate level.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Must have PR/Citizenship or unrestricted working rights.
