HD Mechanic / Service Mechanic
Port Hedland
Seeking a Service (HD) Mechanic to join the workshop based in Port Hedland.
PAYG package- starting from $200k + Super per annum.
Full time role (min 38 hours per week).
The company has just opened a new depot based in Port Hedland. They already have well established operations in Perth, Kalgoorlie, and supporting mining sites for Rio, FMG and BHP in the Pilbara and Goldfields.
The company is a specialist energy company providing turnkey energy and water solutions to the mining sector and beyond, their business centres around the design, manufacturing, supply, construction and maintenance of remote, off-grid power and water infrastructure.
Immediate start, ongoing work, casual to permanent role.
Must be living local to Port Hedland (not FIFO)
Requirements:
• Current WA C or HR Class Drivers Licence.
• Current High Risk Work Licence – Dogging (DG) and Basic Rigging (RB),or Forklift (LF),or Elevating Work Platforms (EWP) (desired).
• Confined Space & Work Safely at Heights.
• Trade Qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic or Mobile Plant Equipment Mechanic
• A minimum of 3 years experience of Servicing and Diagnostics experience gained in heavy vehicle, mining, heavy construction, materials handling or similar heavy industry.
• A minimum of 3 years experience working with heavy diesel engine diagnosis, rebuild and repair.
