How fast can you get warehouse staff to site?
For pickers, packers and forklift operators, we can often have people with you in a few days. Give us your start time, shift length and site address on the first call, and we'll tell you who's available.
Do your forklift operators hold current licences?
Yes. We sight each operator's High Risk Work Licence before they start: LF for forklift trucks and LO for order-picking forklifts. Tell us the equipment you run and we'll put forward operators who've used it and hold the relevant licences.
Can you supply truck drivers?
Yes. We place drivers across the heavy vehicle classes (MR, HR, HC and MC) for metro deliveries, yard work and interstate runs, and we confirm each driver's licence class before they're booked.
Can you cover nights, weekends and peak season?
Yes. Plenty of warehouses run around the clock, so send through your roster and we'll find people who can work it, whether that's a permanent night shift, Saturday overtime or extra hands before Christmas.
What does warehouse labour hire cost?
It depends on the role, the licences needed, the award, your shift times and the length of the booking. We quote clear rates before anyone starts, so you know the cost before the first shift.
Who handles safety on site?
It's a joint job. We check licences and agree PPE and fatigue rules with you; you run the site induction, show workers your equipment and systems, and supervise them day to day. We keep in touch with you and the crew throughout the booking.
