Power Generation Labour Hire FAQs
Can you supply HV electricians with switching authorisations?
Yes. Tell us the voltage levels and which network or site authorisations the role needs. Most HV authorisations are issued by the site or network operator, so we confirm what each candidate holds and what your site will assess before they start.
Do your HD diesel fitters work on generators?
Yes. We place heavy diesel fitters who have serviced and overhauled large diesel and gas gensets in mine-site and remote power stations, including scheduled services, top-end overhauls and engine change-outs.
What does a dewatering crew cover?
Dewatering technicians keep pit and bore-field pumps running, electricians look after pump motors, VSDs and telemetry, and fitters repair diesel and electric pumps. We can supply one role or the whole crew.
Do you supply solar farm, wind farm and battery projects?
Yes. We provide electricians, trade assistants and labourers for installation and commissioning on solar, wind and battery energy storage projects, from early works through to handover.
Can you cover a planned outage or shutdown?
Yes. Share the outage dates, scope and headcount early and we'll put the crew together around your schedule. Short term cover is also available for leave and busy periods.
Where do your power generation workers come from?
From the state the job is in. We recruit locally in each of the six states and territories we cover, so crews already hold the right state licences. Permanent hires go through our recruitment team.
