From mining & resources and construction & civil to plant maintenance, oil, gas & energy, manufacturing and warehousing & logistics, WA employers use us for short stints and long-term appointments alike.

Western Australia is home for Wolfpack Hire. Our head office sits in Wangara, in Perth's northern suburbs, and our recruiters run every WA search from there.

We supply the Perth metro area from Joondalup and Wangara down to Kwinana, Henderson and Rockingham, plus Mandurah, Bunbury, Collie, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie, Karratha, Port Hedland, Newman, Broome and remote sites right across the state.

Covering Gaps Now and Filling Seats Long Term

A shutdown that runs over, a new contract that needs people on Monday, or a supervisor who resigns halfway through a job: we handle the short-term gap with labour hire and the long-term seat through recruitment.

Short term cover suits annual leave, mine shutdowns and peak periods at distribution centres. Project crews can stay until practical completion.

You'll see the pay rates on paper before a worker starts, and the invoice lines up with the quote.

WA Labour Hire, Matched to the Roster

Give us the trade, the tickets needed and the swing, whether that's 8/6, 2/1 or Monday to Friday in the metro area, and we'll line up workers who suit it.

Temp to perm: 'try before you buy' - trial a worker on your site, and if they suit, make the person permanent.

We're the employer, so payroll, superannuation, payroll tax, LSL and insurances sit with us.

Permanent Recruitment From the Metro Area to the Pilbara

Our recruiters handle ongoing roles statewide, including superintendents, maintenance planners, tradespeople, plant operators, engineers and site administrators.

We find the right people, run the interviews and call referees, then hand you a shortlist that's worth your time.

Each brief is shaped around the way you work, from a single specialist role to a whole site team.

Mining Labour Hire in Western Australia

Our WA crews cover iron ore across the Pilbara, gold in the Goldfields from Kalgoorlie to Leonora and Laverton, and lithium at Greenbushes, Mt Holland, Pilgangoora and Kathleen Valley.

We also supply bauxite operations in the Darling Range, coal mining at Collie, mineral sands from Capel to Eneabba, rare earths at Mt Weld, and maintenance shutdowns at processing plants and ports.

Why WA Employers Choose Wolfpack Hire

Labour hire isn't licensed in WA, which means there isn't a WA register you can look us up on. We're licensed in Queensland under LHL-08494-T0K1G and in Victoria under VICLHL10377, and every WA placement follows those rules.

You deal with the same account manager from day one.

Head Office Here in WA

Our recruiting team is based at our head office in Wangara. The workers we put on WA jobs are locals too, living anywhere from Perth's suburbs down to Bunbury and up to Geraldton and the Pilbarra.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does WA require labour hire licensing?

No. WA hasn't introduced labour hire licensing, although that may change. We follow the rules of the two states that license us, Queensland and Victoria.

Can you supply FIFO crews for the Pilbara and Goldfields?

Yes. We place workers on FIFO and DIDO swings at mine sites across the Pilbara, Goldfields and Mid West, and we book the medicals and inductions every site asks for.

Do you supply workers in the Perth metro area?

Yes. We fill metro construction, civil, manufacturing and warehouse roles from Joondalup to Rockingham, along with Mandurah and the Peel region.

Which parts of WA do you service?

Perth and Peel, the South West, the Wheatbelt, the Great Southern, Goldfields-Esperance, the Mid West, the Pilbara and the Kimberley. Working somewhere not on that list? Ring us.

How quickly can workers start?

Start dates hinge on what the role is, which tickets it needs and how far the site is from town. Send your requirements and we'll reply with a realistic timeframe.

How are WA labour hire rates set?

Pricing reflects the position, its award or enterprise agreement, the licences needed, roster length and travel, and you'll get the figure in writing first.

Need Workers on Site?

Tell us what you need and when, and we'll call you back within 3 hours, 7 days a week.
