Every site has its own entry rules, so we check each worker against yours before we book anyone. That covers construction induction, the trade papers your role calls for and every high risk licence it needs, plus any site induction your principal contractor runs.

Commercial and Industrial Labour Hire Questions
What does commercial labour hire cost?
Workers are charged by the hour. Each rate is built from their pay on your job, set by the award or EA that covers it, plus employer on-costs (super, insurance and the like) and our margin. Trade, ticket level, roster and location all move the number, and the quote comes to you in writing first. There's no upfront cost, only the hourly charge once workers start.
Can your workers do night or weekend shifts?
Yes. Fit-outs and plant upgrades often run outside business hours so tenants and production aren't disrupted. Tell us the shift pattern when you book and we'll line up people who are happy to work it.
Do you supply crews for industrial shutdowns?
Yes. We put together fitters, riggers, boilermakers, electricians and labourers for planned maintenance and upgrades, with a leading hand if you want one. Our Shutdowns page has more detail.
How soon can a crew be on site?
Expect our call within 3 hours, 7 days a week. Labourers and common trades can often start soon after that, while roles that need site inductions or extra tickets take a little longer.
Can we hire a worker permanently?
Yes. If someone fits your team, they can join your payroll under the transfer terms in our agreement. For roles you want filled permanently from day one, our recruitment team can run the search.
